With regards to the Election of the new Board Members, I am pleased to advise you that the UCC Board has confirmed the nomination of Robert Cressatti, Nilesh Hathi, Michael Heap and Miro Turcaj as Director Candidates to the Board of UCC.
All Adult Members of the club will be asked to vote for their preferred nominees to elect three (3) Directors to the Board to replace departing Directors. This vote will take place at the Annual Meeting (AM).
In accordance with Article VI, Section G of the Unionville Curling Club By-Laws, Members wishing to cast votes at the AGM but are unable to attend may use the Form of Proxy to have their votes recorded at the AGM. This form has been distributed to all members with this announcement and available at the club or on the club website.
