NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice of a Special General Meeting given to the Unionville Curling Club Adult Members
This notice serves to inform you of the upcoming Special General Meeting which will be held at the Unionville Curling Club (UCC) on Wednesday March 22, 2023, commencing at 6:30 pm. This meeting is scheduled in accordance with the Unionville Curling Club By-Laws Article VI B. (a) requiring the meeting notice to be emailed or posted at least ten (10) business days prior to conducting the meeting.
The following Club Members have requested a Special General Meeting to obtain an update on:
1. “ the status of our club manager”, and
2. to “clarity on what the plan is for the rest of the curling season”.

Meeting attendance will be on a first come basis, keeping in mind the capacity limits of the UCC lounge. A zoom link will be provided for those members who wish to join the meeting remotely. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the attached meeting protocols.
